iRMT levels description

FASTON as an Authorized Distributor is subject to a continuous quality assurance
system of “BRP-Rotax” GmbH & Co. KG – the manufacturer of ROTAX® engines
.

We provide training for individual engine types based on the standardized global
iRMT training program.

Courses should be considered as training for an engine type and not as an aircraft
mechanic certification (license).

Our company offers training courses on ROTAX aviation engines based on training pyramid
established by the manufacturer.

Successful completion of the training is confirmed by the appropriate Certificate, authorizing the use of the title and logo iRMT – Independent ROTAX Maintenance Technician* valid for a period of 2 years.

*Note:

The certificate IRMT recognizes completion of the training detailed above and does not endorse the holder to any work beyond what was instructed. The responsibility remains with the certificate holder to determine what level of work he/she is capable of performing, depending on their experience, skill, tools and level of ROTAX training and respective laws.

When your certificate expires, you will need to take a refresher course to
familiarize yourself with the changes, modifications, and documentation issued during the period between training and renewing your certification for another 2 years.

Our training pyramid builds on 3 main levels of the IRMT training for ROTAX 912/914 engines.
